Hello Ruth and family:
We just noticed the obituary in The Washington Post last night, purely by chance. Ann actually spotted it and pointed it out to me. We send you all our deepest sympathies and condolences.
I will always remember John as being very kind and friendly. He always went out of his way to be conversational and interested in me and my family, first. He did not wave his own flag, although he was certainly entitled to do so. Since the end of the Lemmon family holiday...
