I felt very honored to know, learn & work along side of John and Carmen and as I came to know them, I also came to love them. My fondest memory of John was talking politics with him and how passionate he was about it. lol!

I used to date John while living in Ely, Nv. back in the late 1940’s after he was discharged
I dated John in the 1940’s in Ely after he was discharged from the Army. I have always remembered him and his charming personality. So sorry to
hear of his passing. My best to his family.

Alex, Kath and I send our heart-felt condolences. When I was a young prosecutor under Mills Lane I had a number of cases including a jury trial with your dad. He was always so funny and, above all, honest. Sad to see all of those great WWll vets who practiced law leave us. Another Ely boy moves to the great beyond!

John was such a friendly caring person. I did not get to see him often but when I did, he always was so happy to see me and cared about how my family and I were doing. We will miss him.
