Not sure what to say?

I was looking up an old friend from Stony Brook University on Google and I landed here. I am really hoping this is not the same John Foster that I shared a house with on Stony Brook Road back in 1992 to 1993. I recall him telling me that he was originally from Indiana. He was an excellent guitar player studying history at the university. I am sorry if this not the same John Foster but if it's him, I wanted to say John was a great stand up guy. I valued the friendship that we had. We shared...

Liz and Jack,
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your son. My thoughts are with each of you and I pray that you are comforted and given strength.

Please accept my sympathy to you and Jack in the loss of your son, John. It was such a shock to all to hear of his passing. John had a such a such passion for Japan and the culture as he did for his music and his other talents. My prayers are with you and Jack and your families during this diffuclt time.

Didn't know John personally but everything I have ever heard about him described a young man who loved to experience life and had a positive impact on all the lives he touched. My sincerest condolences to his parents, Liz and Jack.

"Forever in our hearts"

A great friend to me for 22 years. We went through alot together, words could not describe. He was my brother-in-arms.
The news of his passing has been a great shock to me.

I miss my friend.

I will continue to celebrate life, and to honour his memory as he wanted us to.
And to remember only the good times, because that's all there was.

John was such a great guy! Even after he has left this realm, he stays with us. Such a nice, honest, and caring person, I am sure he is at a higher existence now. I will miss him, and savor the memories of our times together. He was such a positive unfluence on us all. To eternity!

John was a true adventurer of life.

Rick and I will miss John very much. He was such a positive person and everything I will aspire to be in life. He was truly an inspiration.
