JOHN M. FRANCESE

Dear Mrs. Francese and Family,

I was very saddened to hear about Mr. Franeces leaving us and passing on to the Heavenly World.

I'm very glad to have known him and have fun and happy memories and feelings of him as we grew up at St Francis de Sales, in the band, Buddy & Robert...quick wit, upbeat...same things that will live on with his boys and their families.

Please accept my apology for not contacting you sooner.

Dear Mary and Family,

I will always remember Johnny with great affection. I still can remember him telling me when I was a very young girl that he was going to marry me when I grew up. I remember how he loved to laugh and how great he and Uncle Mike were together.

I first met John in the 90's. He was standing outside St. Francis De Sales church recruiting members for the K of C. The twinkle in his eye and his warmth and charm was infectious, so of course I accepted the invitation to join. A truly great man and a fine example to us all. He will be missed. My kids and I have been praying for you all since we heard the news. I just wanted to share my most recent memory of your dad, which was many years ago. I was holding one of my daughters, who was a toddler at the time. Your Dad was standing next to us. I started singing "Mary Had A Little Lamb". When I reached the 4th verse "Mary had a little lamb...." your Dad quickly interjected his version of the final line, "With a butt like a big fat ham!" It took me off guard and my daughter...
