Not sure what to say?

Our family lived across the street from the Franz's when I was growing up in Puyallup. Every Sunday after Sunday School, if the weather was nice, John would get the horses out, saddle up, and let us ride. He was so patient with us. This is a memory I've cherished my whole life.
John's example reminds me to cherish the children I meet. I am glad he walked this earth and made it a better place with his love.

So sorry to hear of John's passing. Our family's were neighbors for the first 6 years of my life, I rode my bike in the tractor tracks in the dirt of which is now the freeway by the ol farm in Puyallup! Cari, John & I would go horseback riding all the time, that pesky horse Diamond always had it out for me!

I was younger then my brothers and sister so have less memories, I know John was very kind to my Mom and helped in many ways with my brothers after my Dad left...I remember...

I have always enjoyed assisting John with his travel arrangements. He always had a big smile and will be missed.

I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of John. I had just purchased hay from him not 1 week before. I am happy to have known him. During my last visit with him(in the barn)We talked about his life and what he had done, he knew he lived a great life. Last Nov. we purchased a great trail horse from him,(Turtle)not sure John liked the name to well, but it did fit the horse!!! He will be truely missed.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time of sorrow.
