John was born on November 7, 1926 and passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2017. John was a resident of central city, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. Friends will be received from 5 to 8 pm Thursday at the Mason Funeral Home, Davidsville, where vigil will be prayed at 5 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 am Friday at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Father John M. Voytek. Committal, St. Anthony of Padua Cemetery. Graveside military rights by Menoher VFW Post 155. In lieu of flowers, family asks donations be made to St. Anne's Catholic Church or St. Francis Sharing and Caring Building Fund, both of Davidsville, PA.
