Not sure what to say?

John was one of my favorite customers and a good friend. I helped him with his computer an always enjoyed talking with him. One of the most gentle and kind men I’ve ever known. When Gloria passed I saw first hand his heartbreak. I’m glad to know they are reunited.

John, It was/is a privilege to know your dad and you. He is now with his beloved Gloria, who he loved and missed so much. My son, Fred, and you were lifeguards together at Wrightsville Beach, and he joins me in thoughts and prayers for you and your family. (Al passed away February 9, 2017)

We at St. John's Episcopal Church extend our sincere condolences to the Galarde family on the recent passing of John. Let us pray to the almighty God that all who mourn may know the consolation of his love.

Dear Alicia and family, I was so sorry to hear about your dad. He was such a special friend of moms and of ours. David and I are thinking about you and wish we could be there for you at this time.

Alicia and John, I am so sorry for your loss. I have very fond memories of your Mom and Dad. I always loved to chat with Papa G, he was a great guy and we all will miss him. Take comfort in that he is finally with his beloved Gloria and is at peace. I love you all and am very sorry I cannot be there for the service. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

John was the Mayor of Lake Renaissance for many years...and one of the good guys. Grateful to have called him my friend.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

John and family members,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I remember Mr. Galarde as a kind, nice, man. You all will be in my prayers. May God's peace be on you now.
