I have such wonderful memories of Uncle Gockie growing up as a child, he truly was the backbone of our family events. Growing up as a kid we practically lived at the metroparks, my uncles would head down to the park before the sun would even rise to save the picnic tables at the pavillion for the many family get togethers.
