Just heard about Mr. G . . . sending my sympathies . . .I will never forget his big smile! He treated me like family and was always concerned about how I was doing and about my wife and kids. He was always good about helping me do my job better. We moved to Florida to be closer to my parents or I would still be working at Arrow. Very sorry to hear about Mr. G's passing. He was such a great guy, always took time to talk to me about work and my family. He gave me my first real job and reminded me I needed to work hard to get ahead. I took his advice. My time working at Arrow was great. I went back to school at night and now work as a radiology tech. at Metro. I think of Mr. G especially at Christmas because I always had fun at the Christmas party and playing bingo! I was so very sad to here of John passing.He alway made me fill very welcome how you will all miss him .much love to you al in the sad days to come.

Mr Gallagher gave me my first job at Arrow and provided me work after school hours from St Ignatius. An easy bus ride down Lorain Rd. I continued to work for several years for the Gallagher family and learned the value of hard work. I respected Senior and had the highest regard for his work ethic and involvement in his fast growing company. I moved from Cleveland and lost contact with Senior and the Gallagher family but he least an ever lasting impression on me that I value to to this...
