Ralph was a friend and neighbor of Jannes and CR Wallace many years ago. He and Gertrude really enjoyed watching Billy and Jimmy grow up.
Ralph did so many good deeds for Marion County and it seems he he wasn't there anymore, Marion County stated failing...jobs, plants closing.
He will truly be missed, but always loved.
