Not sure what to say?

I worked with him at Kaiser. He was funny and a true gentleman.

I have so many wonderful memories from the early years of Heath. Roger and Chet both working for the city, Bonnie and I in Twig 8 and the Garden Club, Roger coaching the Heath Lions Little League Team that Johnnie played on with Marty and Mickey, Tia's arrival into the family, church, school ball teams, just to name a few. After the acquisition of the farm which became Geller Park and the park office being located there, your Dad took Tia over to visit Roger on a regular basis. I've shed a...

That is how I knew him was Mr. Chet Geller and my mom Wilma Hughes just loved him and his wife!!! Heath Ohio will not ever be the same without him!! He was Heath Ohio!!

John, Kim and Family, Im so sorry for the loss of your dad! May God Bless you all! I went to school with you and Kim, and your son played baseball with my son, Jon Wheeler. My Prayers are with you all! Alecia (Lisa) Hatfield (Walker)

Dear Family,

Though I didn't know Chet personally, I am so gratefully for the many things he did for Heath as mayor. My prayers of comfort and peace go out to all his family.

Blessings,

John, Kim and Tia,

I was so sorry to hear of Chet's passing. He and your mother were good friends of my family. Anyone who knew Chet knew what a remarkable man he was. He loved his family, his friends and his community. I don't know of anyone who doesn't think of Heath without thinking of Chet. I can't imagine Heath without him. He will be sadly missed but never forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear John and Kim,
I was so sorry to hear of your father's passing, You probably don't remember me but we went to college together at C.O.T.C. back in the late 70's. The loss of a parent is one of the hardest things to bear. You both are in my prayers and thoughts.

My sympathies to all the family. I worked with John during a Babe Ruth World Series. I brought the parade to Heath and in turn, he presented me with the key to the city. He and Bonnie were great friends.
