Frank was my roommate during my Junior Year at the Univ. of Va. He was always a gentleman and one of the nicest individuals I have ever met. May God Rest is Soul and May God Bless his family.

I still think of Frank often. He was a true friend and a real gentleman. We roomed together at the University of Virginia and took our degree together. He helped me numerous times and never asked for anything in return. I still have the Cashmer Sweater he gave me. Every time I wear it, I think about Frank and how gracious he was. God Bless your soul Frank.

I remember Frank all the time. He always had a smile, even when it was at the Cancer Center that we ran into each other. A truly remarkable man, and a big influence in my life.

AS the World suffers thru this CoronaVirus Pandemicc, most of us here in the US have been asked to stay home and social distance. This gives us plenty of time to remember the good times that we have all had, which out number the not so good times like we are going through now. I still think of Frank frequently after these five years. He was definitely one of the good guys and we lost him way too young. We always enjoyed our times together. Even when things got tough, we talked it through and then found something to give us a laugh. He was an inspiration for sure, and I miss him.

As said in my original condolence to Frank's family, Frank and I roomed together during our 3rd year at Virginia. It does not seem possible that we took our degrees over 50 years ago. Every time I go into our walk in clothes closet here at home, I think about Frank and it puts a smile on my face, as during the winter that we roomed together, Frank asked me if a wanted one of his sweaters. To Frank's family,
I want you to know that I frequently think of Frank, and cannot believe it has now been five years since his passing. Sometimes he comes to be at the weirdest times, just out of the blue, such as when I am brushing my teeth. Sounds crazy I know. I really loved Frank. He was s GREAT guy back at NA and UVA and in Norfolk where I am from and ran around with him some. As an attorney in San Francisco and Marin Counties in the late 1970's and through the 1980's, I worked with Frank George especially with several clients we had in common, and he was not only honest and decent, he was funny and upbeat and positive. One of his early partners did mediation/arbitration, and I saw Frank at his offices from time to time. He had manners. I was delighted to read of his well earned happiness with his family.

I recently ran across Frank's passing in the UVa magazine. Frank and I roomed together during my 3rd year at The University when I transferred to UVa. I will always remember Frank for the wonderful person he was. Although I did not choose the Fraternity life, he made sure I was invited to St. A's on Big Weekends.
