LIZ.

LIZ,
SO SAD TO HEAR OF YOUR FATHER'S PASSING. I REMEMBER HIM BEING MY DOCTOR. WHEN I WAS CHILD IN PROPHETSTOWN. HE WAS A VERY KIND AND CARING MAN.
JANE COPELAND CHIAPPINELLI

Liz, Your dad delivered our three children. Mary and I are so sorry to hear of his passing. You and Nick have our deepest sympathy. Irv Sanderson Jr High math teacher

John Gerhardt was my mentor when I joined his and Kadavil Satyanarayan's pain team at Kaiser Permanente in 1977. John continued to be one of the most unique scholars, teachers, mentors and team coach for patients and families. I was an advanced Practice Nurse on his team, and I was simply joyful when he entered the room. His enthusiasm, caring and perspective was always uplifting. I salute him. Marna K. Flaherty-Robb, RN, MSN, CNS

Dr. John, I hope you know how good it was to play along withyou in Canby. So many times you asked me to lead us all with the fiddle tune Chinese Breakdown. Do rest in the arms of our Savior

Dr. John was a good friend to my wife Isabel and to me. He was an extremely kind person and a good friend to many of the people at the Eastside Athletic Club. John will be missed.

My last memory of John was about 5 years ago when we went out for a Japanese lunch at Uwajimaya's in Beaverton. He loved the lunch...

How we will miss our good friend Hans. We send our deepest condolences to all of his family.
