Not sure what to say?

I will miss him as my cousin and a very fun guy to grow up with, We caught crawdads in the creek across from his childhood home in Lagrand. I hope all his family well and just remembers memories and the fun he was. See you in the other world John.Prayers be with you,

John trained me as a meter reader when I was first hired at PGE. He was a great teacher and an even better human being. He was kind and patient and always made everyone feel welcome. Few people leave such a positive influence on the world. He will be missed.

John was an amazing person, so creative, so kind and generous. I loved working with him. I will never forget the team days and how he tried to teach us how to make frosting roses. The most difficult part he discovered was teaching us how to fold the pastry bag, something he could do without thinking. His patience never failed. Have thought a lot about John these past week's. Still can't take it in. The world is a lesser place without him. My prayers and sympathy go out to his family.

Steelhead Fry Fish Release/Spring 2016

I met John in the mid-1980's at PGE and we became great friends. John was so caring and generous; he was such a pleasure to be around. John was wonderful to work with due to his positive attitude and willingness to lend a helping hand to his co-workers and friends. John had a great sense of humor and could always bring a smile to my face. I will miss John more than words can express.

Ever since I retired, one thing I really miss is my nature walks with John on our lunch hours in Wilsonville. He taught me a lot about birds and fish. A gentle spirit, and a great teammate at work. My thought and prayers go out to the family.
