John Gillespie was a friend of my grandfather, Tom Milligan. Thanks to John Gillespie, my parents, who didn't have much money to spare for much other then the essentials made it possible for us to enjoy our only vacations. He was kind enough to let us use his Wildwood home. I have fond childhood memories at the beach with my family which I wouldn't have if it weren't for the kindness of Mr. Gillespie and his entire family. I am so sorry to learn of John's passing. He was a good and generous man. Please know that you are all in our hearts and prayers.

One of mother's best loved son-in-laws now rests with her, and all of those who have gone before us. Dutch is the first of us 4 "Jack's" (Gillespie, Schwakoff, Lusher, Fisher)to pass on from this life. The produce of this fine man's life iives on in the wonderful children he, along with my sister, have brought into this world. We're proud of you, Dutch, the man who would do anything for you.
