I woke up this morning at 333 and looked at my phone and saw the date by chance can't help but feel like it was his way of saying hello Maxine. Joan,
I'm just revisiting this site to remember our good friend, JD. He isn't forgotten. I went to the temple yesturday with our youth to do baptisms for the dead. Perhaps he was there in support of those who he has taught from the other side. I always did enjoy being his home teaching companion. It's nice to know I can still get partnered up with him in this work at the temple. God bless you.

Joan,
I can't say enough words to tell you how sorry our family is to hear about J.D. I knew J.D. as a shy, lovable kid trying to find his place in life. Our kids loved playing with him, especially Elias! He loved playing games with him and all of them liked staying at your house. May the Lord be with you during this time, J.D. is in good hands!

Well, I guess I'm a little late to sign this, but I still miss you, JD. Your memorial was amazing. Me and Meghan wore Weezer and Star Wars, of course. I still remember sitting at lunch with you every day and talking about Weezer and comic books. I think we were the biggest nerds out there (Meghan included). I'm so sorry that we didn't see each other as much as we had liked. I remember you sending text messages "Want to hang out?" or "Are you busy?" and I would get them late or something would...

Joan,
J. D. was the same age as my youngest daughter. I am so sorry that he was involved in the car crash. I have been praying for you and your loved ones and just want to let you know that you are on my mind and in my heart. Alma
