John Flagg Gillham

I was a student of John's from 1987 to 1989. John was one of those rare landscape architecture professors who was based in the real world. When he would review designs by students he would often say, "show me how to build it..." and by golly you had better have an answer ready for him. I learned a lot from John, and think of him often. My prayers are with his family and friends. He will be missed.
