Not sure what to say?

What a fine man, husband and dad you grew to be, John and that is absolutely no surprise to me as I always thought of you as a first class individual, schoolmate and friend. I will always cherish the memory of those many school bus trips for our basketball teams to play out of town and the camaraderie we all shared on those occasions. Know that I will be looking for you when my time has come to join you and others in the presence of our Lord one day. Maybe then we can find the time to...

Single Memorial Tree

Oh, that I could have had John's sweetness and equanimity! A friend of almost 70 years, I admired him immensely. He truly made everything around him better, including me. It is painful to realize that a singular individual is gone but, by God, it's been a blessing to know him for all of my adult life. Steve Guittard

Sarah so sorry to hear about John´s passing. .just wanted you to know I am thinking about you . Irene London from water aerobics at coopers.

I´m very sorry to hear the sad news about John. John and Sara were regulars at Alexis and Sheri´s classes at Cooper Fitness Center. They were a very charming couple. We all loved when Alexis had John do his" He Haw "for the class. We will miss him.

I was sad to hear of John's passing. I had the great pleasure to work with him on a long-running piece of litigation long ago. I'll never forget his and his wife's kindness--even inviting me to their house for dinner when we had to take a deposition on my birthday. A true gentleman and a terrific lawyer!

John and I became friends in high school and the friendship continued when we both attended Baylor. He was the second of three sons and had a loving and caring family who were admired and respected by everyone who knew them. I shall always consider them as special people in my life.

John and I practiced law together for nearly five years at Thompson&Knight. Additionally, John and Sara lived two residents from me on Harvest Hill. John, Mike McCullogh, George Chapman and I shared a car pool for several years while we practiced law together. I helped John and Sara move into their first home on Harvest Hill. My sincerest condolences to Sara and their extended family for their loss. Dan Miller
