JOHN GITHENS

This is a memory from childhood. John´s family lived on one side of Cedarhurst Park and my family, Rush, lived on the other. We could see one another´s houses. Our parents played bridge together. We all went to St. Joachim School. We belonged to the same beach club. Seeing John´s obituary in the NYTimes brought back many memories. It is good to see he led a beautiful life and his amazing intellect bore good fruit. Rosemary Rush Morse
