Not sure what to say?

Diane & Family,
We were so sorry to hear about John. He was such a wonderful man and so full of life. He always had a kind word for everyone and a smile on his face. We are sorry we won't be able to attend the service as we are out of town but our thought and prayers are with you and the family.
Love & Prayers, Gary & Cathy Healea

I have been saddened not only for John's family, but for the community and anyone who has been fortunate enough to know John. As a fellow classmate and Ballard High School 1954 graduate, I will always remember him by his infectious smile and warm nature.

It has been said that one is not gone if not forgotten. . .John will certainly live on through fond memories of many.

To Diane and the Glase Family -
Your husband and Dad will be missed by many. My prayers and thoughts are with you and the family today. I still can see his BIG grin on his face he wore daily. He was very much in touch with all his friends.
He will be missed.

To Diane and the Glase family: I first met John when I began work at NORPAC in Longview in 1995. I attended an Ash Wednesday service at St. Stephen's. I introduced myself as I was leaving the service and we became fast friends. John became a companion for me as I journeyed toward the diaconate. We had many wonderful conversations. John's love for Jesus shone on his face. His love that he gave so freely and shared was truly a Christ's love. I was deeply saddened to learn of John's passing but...

I got to know John through St. Stephens and am so blessed to have had the opportunity to call him my friend. John was a wonderful man and a blessing to so many. The love he had for people, his family, and his God shone on his face.

Diane and family, I am so glad he had such a loving family. May God bring you peace.
He will be greatly missed.

My deepest sympathy Mrs. Glase. I worked with John for many years at Weyerhaeuser and I came to respect John's professionalisim and good counsel. He was considered to be a friend that I always appreciated seeing as I was dropping Nita off to work.

Diane, I was always pleased to see you and John come to dinner and get my hugs. I am saddened by your loss, he was a wonderful man.

Our hearts are saddened by the news of John' passing. He has played such an important role in our lives. We first met John at St. Matthews in 1981. He always had a big smile and was able to share his faith with us in such a way that we looked forward to attending mass each week. We have known many religious men, and John stood tall amoung them for his easy way of sharing his faith. We will always remember him fondly.

What a grand time they must be having up in Heaven right now, eh?! Can't you just see John with that grin of his and twinkle in that eye, meeting face to face his heroes of the Faith? We can IMAGINE the stories they are swapping! John will long be a hero of faith to us as we remember with fondness the days of our early marriage and parenthood, those early days at St. Matthew's, times at St. Stephen's, as well as working with Diane at home health. Our prayers are with you - know you are loved....

Rosalie and I just learned of John's passing. We send our deepest sympathy to all his family. We are sorry that we won't be able to attend the service on Wednesday, Nov. 17, as we are out of town .

I knew John at Weyerhaeuser as we shared the same office building for a number of years. I always enjoyed visiting with John, with his cheerful personality - I will miss him.
