John was born on February 18, 1948 and passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2016. John was a resident of Elyria, Ohio at the time of passing. He graduating from Oberlin High School in 1966. He enlisted in the US Air Force where he served 4 years. Visitation will be held Wednesday December 28 2016 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at Second Baptist Church 427 Chapman Lane in Elyria where funeral services will be Thursday December 29 2016 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Dr. Carl P. Small officiating.
I grew up around EPD. Glover was funny, bright and a good friend. He was there for me when I needed him. I will always think of him fondly with love and respect. Love you G... Go Steelers!!

When I think about John I immediately picture his bright smile, and contagious laugh. I remember him as a school mate and when he became a policeman, I was so proud of his achievements and his contribution to the city. My thoughts and prayers are with John and his family.

In the early 70's we met John who played softball with Sam. Shared many wonderful times and developed a friendship that we've often reflected on over the years. Our deepest sympathy to his family. May God bless you and may John rest in the loving arms of God.
