Not sure what to say?

My beloved father James J. Hayne spoke in a memoir I did of how much Father Glenn loving support and encouragement was foundational to him during what was a turbulent childhood. My parents received a beautiful Christmas card from him every year. Thankful for how the LORD used Father Glenn to my father at what was such an important point of his earth life.

God Bless Fr. Glynn: a man of love and compassion who remembered me after not seeing him for thirty years. A loss to the Augustinian order, all saintsmen , and to all mankind. I did love the man. gino dalessi, '50, saint augustine high school.

I Have fond memories of Father Gleynn during my four years at Saints.

I was just one of many lives who Father Glynn touched but I still feel the impact he had on me. He gave me strength, courage and a closness to God that carried me thourgh 30 years of military service and was a guide to me while teaching in a University for 10 years after that. He did well Lord, thank you.

Fr. John was my uncle, and I will remember him as a vibrant and ideal priest/educator and as a common man with uncommon humility with whom I could break bread and converse across the kitchen table. Despite his vow of poverty, he was a very rich man for he was loved and respected by all those with whom he came into contact. The Augustinian order, Saints, Villanova Prep and Central Catholic High represented his extended family, and Fr. John shared many classroom stories with me, my sister...

Father Glynn will be missed, and will always be in our memories of those of us he schooled. God bless Father Glynn.

Father Glynn truly had a wonderful soul and made learning Latin a treat - we were always wanting to get a "Shining Light". Thank you Father Glynn for such great memories!

Father Glynn inspired my two sons in languages and in life itself, which is surely a notable part of why they speak jointly, not only Latin, but also French, German, Mandarin, Uighur, and Kazakh, as well as believe in justice and mercy.
