I have to admit I was totally shocked when I heard about John. John was a great man and truely loved life. I enjoyed flying with him and the time I spent with his family. He will be missed. My heart goes out to Carol and the children.

To Dr G's Family - I have been a patient of his for the past 3 years and he knew the coward in me, he was so caring and wonderful. I told him on my last visit this past February, "I wish teeth could regrow just so you could pull them again, I love coming here." He laughed and said I was crazy but funny!

You will be in my prayers, I am so sorry for your loss.

I was a patient of Dr.Goeckermann's about 10 years ago.I was in a great deal of pain with four bad wisdom teeth and also a great fear of the dentist.Dr.G was very understanding and did everything in his power to make it the least painful experience he could. My sympathies go out to his family who have truly lost a very caring husband and father along with his patients who have lost a very caring doctor.

God Bless

My deepest sympathy to you all. Dr. G. was so wonderful. I know my dad (Gary Major) will miss him very much, and miss thier Wednesday lunches. My favorite memory was when he pulled out four of my teeth, and then when he was done, he asked "So are you ready to start" and I replied yes! and he said, "Ok, cause we are already done!" You will all remain in my heart and prayers. May the Lord Bless your family, and may John live on through each of you!

We were so fortunate to have John in our family. He was so successful in his practice. He was an incredible father to his children and loving husband to Carol. We always admired all you accomplished in your life and the many excursions you would encounter. Words cannot describe how much we will miss you. I still find it hard to imagine not hearing your laughter in the household during one our gatherings. You dedicated your life to the service of others and now you have earned your final...
