Just heard about my friend John's passing. John and I worked together at Telcordia Technologies and saw each other every day. One of Johns self-appointed roles was to be a playful spirit and always ensure the teams morale was on cloud nine. John loved to talk about his wife and children. Even his humor included what they did the night before and the cartoons they watched together. To this day I still joke with my own kids with a few John Gorr comments. I just found out about John and was shocked by his sudden passing.

I first met John working at Syntrex and I always remember his humor and how much fun it was to work with him, he always found a way to make us laugh.

I know that John always went out of his way to help people.

I will always cherish the friendship we developed during our years at Syntrex.
