John, we sent you home yesterday. It was a beautiful send off. You would be so proud of your children. They were awesome. There is no need to worry. You left us in very capable hands. A Shock. I first met John at the Getty Oil Supply area at Kern River. He gave me some valves . I was a welder working on a crew that was led by Gabby, and the truck owned by Bonnie and John ( his parents). 1975. His younger brother ( Tommy) was my helper. Tommy and I reached an agreement. He would teach me to scuba dive if I taught Tommy how to weld. In his mom and dads pool Tommy would instruct me, while Bonnie kept tea in our glasses. At my home, welding lessons came easy for Tommy.
