Not sure what to say?

Bonnie and family, there have been so many days that I would pick up the phone to call John when it would hit me again. I truly know he is in a better place and is no longer in the continuous battle with the cancer. He was like a brother, a great partner and we always knew the other would have the others back no matter how bad the situation. We had many tense times but we also had so many great times. Bonnie and family,
We are so sorry to hear of John's passing. So many years have passed as we raised our families side by side on the hill. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

To Bonnie and family: I am John's 2nd cousin from New York. My dad was Howard Sawyer and Waneta Nixon was my first cousin. I am very sad to learn of John's passing. I have lost track of so many cousins through the years, but have such fond memories of time spent at the cottage on Cayuga Lake and fun times with Nick and Waneta. Please know that we are thinking of you at this difficult time. Blessings.

HI

It was sad news of John's passing and Please accept my condolences to all of his family and freinds. John has passed on to a better life but not forgotten.

Bonnie and family, I was so saddened to hear of John's passing . He was always a gentleman and a true friend to all he knew. I spend many a great time with him at the Sheriffs office back in the old days . We used to make some great sandwiches in the old jails
kitchen . He will always be a great memory in the way he always had a positive attitude . God bless you
