John J. Greytock

John J. Greytock, 79, of Levittown, Pa., died Wednesday, November 28, 2007, at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, Pa.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was a son of the late John and Susan (Lukas) Greytock.
He was employed with U.S. Steel’s Fairless Works for 47 years, until retiring in 1995.
Mr. Greytock was a member of Queen of the Universe Parish and was a 3rd degree member of the Knights of Columbus, St. Joseph the Worker Council 4215.
He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of Korea. He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan.
Mr. Greytock is the beloved husband of 56 years of Lola (Lispi) Greytock; the loving father of Sandra M. Shugar and her husband, Randy, of Langhorne, Pa., John J. Greytock III, of Riegelsville, Pa., Thomas Greytock and his wife, Janet, of Levittown, Pa., and Linda Drejerwski and her husband, Dave, of Levittown; he is the devoted grandfather of Jason and his wife, Nicole Shugar, Kadie and her husband, Dan Stefankiewitz, Jesse and his wife, Francine Shugar, Jared Greytock and Nicole Drejerwski; and is the great-grandfather of Devon, Dylan, Deana, Danny, Damon and Drake.
Mr. Greytock is the brother of Eleanor Kuter, Mildred Biros and Bill Greytock; and is the brother-in-law of Bill and Lucille Zavada. He will also be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
His funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday in Queen of the Universe Church, followed by Rite of Committal in Resurrection Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to call today from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, Pa.
