Not sure what to say?

Dear Ellen and Katy, I just saw this obituary and I am so sorry I missed the funeral service. I will be praying for John and the two of you. My sincere Sympathy at this difficult time. Karyn Smith

Saddened does not fully describe this feeling of loss, John was a great friend and I will certainly miss his comedic comments at the fish fry's @ St. Joe's. He will be missed by many.

I was very sad to hear about the passing of John. ( I live in Az. now.) we only lived a street apart during our formative years. We did a lot of bike riding, BB gun shooting and all the fun things young boys enjoy doing. One thing that really sticks with me to this day is the great sense of humor John. He always made me laugh. If you ever needed to find John as a "kid" all you had to do was to go to the Hardings in CorkLane shopping center and he´d be there reading comic books. I´m sure he...

John was our neighbor for 30 yrs we couldn´t have asked for a better and nicer family our sadness and prayers go out to Ellen and Katie he will be deeply missed and our dogs will miss him also

Worked with John at Wal Mart. Enjoyed talking with him from time to time. On the same page. Rest in peace, John.

Ellen, I´m not sure if you remember me. I knew John through working at the bank and then you both rented the apartment upstairs from me on Vine St. The one that Larry owned. I have some great memories of that time in our lives. I´m so sorry to hear about John´s death. Hopefully the good memories will help you through these difficult times. An old friend, Jan (Lineberry) Boody

So sorry to hear about this. I graduated with him in 64. I remember him as friendly with everyone at school.

So sorry to hear of John´s death. John was a good friend through Jr. High and high School.

I grew up across the street from John and his sister Alyce. Regret that thru the years we lost touch. My love and prayers go to the family.
