Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs. Griffith and family,
I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I was a patient of john's ten years ago. He delivered my little boy. My son was born sick and was rushed to rainbows hospital for care. I was scared and young but, John called me almost everyday for the first six months of my little boys life. He was the best doctor I have ever had. He was a wonderful, compassionate caring man, who truly gave all to everyone he came in contact with. My prayers and thoughts have been...

Liz, Isabelle, Henry and Anna:
I am hoping that each day that passes gets a little bit easier for all of you. There has not been one single day that has passed in the past 8 or so months that my thoughts don't somehow go to your dad. Your dad would want you to be happy more than anything else in the entire world. Remember daddy's smile and the good hugs he used to give you. We will all see him again one day in Heaven and we'll have the biggest party ever!

God Bless each and evey...

I was very saddened to read about John's passing in the Haverford News. As a classmate of his at Haverford I regarded him highly as a very well balanced student in academics and sports and for his regard for his fellow students. I see he parlayed these traits into a distinguished career as a doctor and as a husband, father, son and brother. My heart goes out to Liz, their children and the rest of his family.

Dear Mrs. Griffith and Children; So very sad to hear of Dr. Griffith's passing. My wife visited him twice at Hopkins and knew right away she was with the very best. He had an aura of caring that is very rare and goes to the heart of the medical profession. With deepest condolences; Marie and Tom Blair (Washington, DC)

Dear Mrs. Griffith & Children,
Extended family & Colleagues,
I send you my sincerest condolences to you on the loss of such a wonderful husband, father, son, friend, leader and physician. He was like the "Mr. Rodgers" of the medical field and I mean that in the most complimentary way.
