Not sure what to say?

I was one of John's Chefs at the Sheraton. Made the recipes mentioned above. Super nice guy. Met him after he started his auto detailing business. Knew me right away and complimented my work in his kitchen. We both left the restaurant business. It's hard on families. Peaceful rest John

John was such a wonderful father figure to Steven. Looking at Steven and all the things he knows about cars, chickens and fixing things is all from you. He loved you and we loved you for being such a good dad to him. Rest in Peace my friend.

My condolences to the family...stunning news... I was Chef Guenthers breakfast cook from 1980/82..at the Sheraton East....he ran a tight ship... I respected him....

Sad to hear of Chef's passing.
Very proud to have worked in his kitchen at The Sheraton Harrisburg-East from 83-86. His knowledge and attention to detail helped shape me into the cook i am today.

I still can't believe you're gone, it was just a few weeks ago we talked and all was well. I'll always call you my stepfather, you've taught me so much in my younger years, and for that, I am grateful. Fly high John, I'll forever miss you. I love you.Kelly

Friend, Neighbor. Memories of many good times. Rest in Peace.
Eternal Rest Grant Him O Lord, and May Your Perpetual Light Shine Upon Him.
Eternal Memory.

We are so very sorry to learn of John's passing. He detailed vehicles for us for many years and we were tremendously fond of him. We enjoyed watching Steven grow up and knew how proud John was of him. Please accept our condolences.
