Sending our best to the family and Fabienne. Rick and Mark Smith shared referee responsibilities over the years and worked together in AYSO Soccer for several years. Rick also officiated when our daughter Alexandra Smith took and passed her referee test on the field. Fabienne and Rick were also very gracious to allow our kids Alexandra and Andrew the use of the tennis court at their home. We remember fondly his work ethic and his charitable giving.
