I sure wish I could have spent more time with my uncle but I remember that no matter where we went his personality and shear kindness was as "big as a moose "as a kid he and aunt Susan dressed me up in a tux and brought me to the Grappone Banquet just so many memories from the small amount of time I spent with them will always remain with me ,you´ll always be in my heart uncle John

I played music with John both in the Freese Brothers Big Band and at many smaller jam sessions over the past decade. I also had the privilege of meeting his wife Susan before her devastating illness. I enjoyed hearing his stories about his experiences in military bands and shared musical jokes as we frequently went out to dinner after rehearsals.
