Not sure what to say?

Shirley and family,

Sorry we were out of town. Jack was a really good friend. We had many great times together, as neighbors at Gtmo and Norfolk. We will really miss Jack's great humor. He was a lot of fun.

We will miss Mr. Guntz, he was a great guy. It was a great, and fitting, memorial service that was held for him last week. We always looked forward to seeing him and Mrs. Guntz at our yearly Christmas parties, and at other gatherings at Jack and Cathy's house. I have long memories of him going back to very early elementary school, when I first got to know their family. I have to reckon that Jesus needed someone for a golf foursome, so he summoned Mr. Guntz! My money's on Mr. Guntz having the...

Dear Shirley & Family, our thoughts and prayers are with you all. I only remember meeting your Dad when we had a great week in Cocoa Beach several years ago. I know this is a rough time for you all but also know you are a close family and have many wonderful memories that will live forever. God Bless you all .....

Diane and Family,
My prayers and thoughts are with you at this time. May the Lord comfort you in a way that only He can.

Uncle Jack was a such a fun uncle.
As a child my parents would take their family of 5 in the middle of the night to drive 5 hours to Virgina Beach. My Aunt Shirley & Uncle Jack welcomed us fully. As an adult now, I can really appriciate how they opened their home to my parents with 3 young children. We would spend our Easter Vacations what seemed like every year at Aunt Shirl & Uncle Jacks home. Uncle Jack was truely one of a kind. He loved his family and their sports. From his own...

Growing up with Mr. Guntz as my neighbor was like being a kid in a candy store. He always had us cracking up even when we made him mad which was very seldom, it took alot to make him stop smiling and laughing, it took something really big like a tree rolled in toilet paper in his front yard. Mr Guntz always had a smile on his face and a story to tell, he was a TRUE comedian. He will be greatly missed and remembered. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Dear Shirley and Family, This is such a sad time, but all the wonderful years of memories you have of Jack will always be with you and comfort you. I will miss him more than words can say.

Love, Helen and family
