Phil was always a Stand up Man and Loved His family. He loved attending the Basketball games that His girls were playing. He loved His work and took pride in Everything He did. I learned quite a bit form Phil and I am grateful to have known Him. I offer my Condolences to His family for their loss. Rest in peace Phil.
