Not sure what to say?

I admired John and enjoyed hearing about his life experiences (such as on the Battleship Missouri). I remain grateful he hired me in 1996 to work at Anser. This introduced me to many wonderful workmates and started me on an analysis career that has been rewarding ever since. Brian Millburn

I worked with John on the Home Front Cares Financial Committee & Board Of Directors. He took care of the books for 10 years. He was the corporate memory all those years. A true professional, I learned so much from John. God Bless his soul my condolences to his family

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of John Haaren, a true patriot and a man of personal courage. I published his memoir, Astride Two Centuries, and thereby learned first hand his character and his substantial history. May he rest in peace and may his family find solace in his legacy. God bless you all!

I am honored to have known John, worked with him and have him as a friend. He is a compassionate man who truly made a difference in people's lives.

Though only meeting him a couple times, I knew he was special by the way he gave people his attention and presence.

I treasure the friendship I had with John. His stories were the best - especially when he told them with one of his "accents"! His volunteer work & support for The Home Front Cares has benefited thousands of Colorado military and veteran families. I miss my friend.
