My sincerest condolences to Dr. Hallett's four daughters and their families. Your dad did amazing things for the world. I'd always get a wave from him in the early mornings as he walked our neighborhood. Take care girls and know your parents will always be in my heart. Mary Stubbs

The Lahontan Wetlands Coalition recognizes the contribution that Dr. Hallett made to our ultimately successful efforts to include water for Lahontan Valley Wetlands in PL 101-618, the legislation leading to the settlement of the use of Truckee River water between the Pyramid Lake Tribe and upstream users.

Dr. John Hallett was an inspiration to all. His dedication to his work and his research and his family was second to none. It is apparent to me, having known the Hallett's for close to 40 years, that his legacy will live on through the family he leaves behind. He was a truly remarkable man. May he Rest In Peace. My sincerest condolences to this amazing family.
