I will remember LaRue fondly as my Deacon at 1st Presbyterian. She was always friendly and would make an effort to ask how you were and remember things you had told her. I also enjoyed this last Christmas when at the Ladies Luncheon/Tea, she told the Nativity story from the Grandmothers point of view. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Our memories of John and LaRue encompass the last 11 years as neighbors. We met up with them frequently on walks where Casey would eventually come to be very comfortable around our German Shepherds (Bandit and Tasha). LaRue had an amazing capacity to remember every detail of our lives AND our kids' lives. We shared family challenges in both directions...loss of family members; I lost my job; travelling; kids' successes. Sue and I are richer from our time with John and LaRue. Happy Trails on...
