To the family of CMSgt Harbin: I was unable to attend the funeral today; but I want to let you know how much I thought of Chief Harbin. I worked at 60th Wing Headquarters Bldg with him in the 70's. When I was hospitilized at DGMC for 30 days, he visited me quite often. I felt special that he would take time out of his busy schedule to cheer me up. He will always be with you, looking from above.
