My Dearest Kelly,
The loss for all of us is tremendous. Your dad touched so many people with his laughter, his love and his generosity. Our friendship will continue with the memories I have over the past 25+ years as the most beloved friend that anyone could ever have. My life was enriched by John. God needed him more so now he is entertaining all the angels in heaven.

Even though I only met Papa Hardy twice while watching Kelly at Roller Derby, I felt that he was a fun-loving person that was very proud of his family. He will be missed. My sympathy to his family.
