Dearest Mary and Jane.

Brendan and I extend our deepest sympathy as we join you in mourning the death of dear John. He was one of the Good Guys who loved his family and his country.

Wouldn't it be nice to think of John hugging his Dad and his darling sister Ann who fought tirelessly in his behalf as well as his other siblings? All the while a beaming Joseph Flaherty stands in line, beams at John and gives him a warm welcome to a peaceful life hereafter.
