Mac and Kathy,
I was saddened when I heard the news of your terrible loss. Please know that you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers in the days ahead.

I am so sorry for your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

We are so terribly sorry for your loss and for ours. I just spoke with John on the afternoon of the 26th and he seemed so happy -- we planned to get together this week. This is so unreal, and so very unfair. John was golden.

We will be with you to support you as well as we can Tuesday on the 6th floor of the Frank Crowley Courthouse from 8:30 to 8:45 am, as you ask. I hope everyone who has signed this book will do the same.
