John F. Harrigan

We were so sorry to hear that Uncle John had passed away.
Before Uncle John became my uncle through marriage, he was my late future brother-in-laws boss at Thomas O'Connor Company, and Michael often told my sister Patty and I what a wonderful, kind and thoughtful person John was and he thought the world of John. When I met Uncle John I knew exactly what Michael meant and I'm glad I had the chance to know him.
Uncle John is now in heaven with Michael and all your dear departed friends...

God's Garden Must Be Beautiful

God looked around his garden,
and He found an empty space.
He looked down upon the earth,
and He saw John's tired face.
So God put his arms around him,
and lifted him to rest.
God knew that he was weary,
and He knew his life was pained;
God knew that he would never
be well on earth again.
God saw the roads were getting rougher,
and the hills were harder to climb,
so He closed John's weary eyelids, and whispered "peace...

What a kind and gentle man John was....I have very fond memories of our growing up on Perham St and your house was where I spent many an afternoon feeling well cared for and very safe...my heart goes out to all of you at John's passing....Very sincerely, Connie (Crespi) Bisnaw

John was everything a man should be and a great uncle. He will be sorely missed.
