Not sure what to say?

John, you left much, much too soon. You were a character. I remember those days when you stayed with me and my five girlfriends in my home in Deer Valley and you could hardly wait for those "privates".......I will let those girlfriends of mine know tomorrow what I have learned. My mother remembers you on a weekend at Deer Valley answering your phone, full volume, while everybody else slept....enjoying her home baked cookies and you dipping them in your coffee. I remember our interior...

Oh my gosh! John was one in a million. He invited me into his home in Steamboat Springs and he came to my home in Deer Valley. We had many memorable fun moments including ALL of my single girlfriends and John.

I met John in Steamboat Springs before I moved here from Pittsburgh in 2005. He taught me to cross county ski and was quite patient with me.
John had very diverse interests and was extremely social. He was gregarious, smart, witty and quite the athlete. He had a short fuse. John had a diverse group of friends because of his interests that ranged from rugby to literature. John Hatch enjoyed a full life. His death came as a total shock to me. He will be missed by all who knew him.

John and I grew up together on buttonwood St in Norristown. We played ball and other activities togethers. The last time I saw John was at my wife's class reunion as John was a year younger than me. He came up to me and we spoke for a while. He will rsurely be missed . My condolences to the family. Rip

John squeezed more out of life than anyone else I know. He was/is a kind, gentle soul who was compassionate, curious, thoughtful, and spiritual. John touched many lives and made each of us better people for knowing him. Than you, John, for living a passionate life.

I got know John as a neighbor across from Kerr Avenue in Carlisle when he lived in the big house. He was always a kind and caring man. Rest in heaven John. Toni

I knew this kind, thoughtful man back in the 80s. I remember that wonderful smile and all the good advice he always gave me. My condolences to his family. RIP old friend.

John was a great friend. He was a teammate on Old Gaelic Rugby Club. He was a fierce competitor on the field. He was just as easy-going off the field. He was always smiling. He showed strength, humor and grace at all times. He will be greatly missed.
