JOHN HAUSER

I know this is late but I´m so sorry for your loss. Mr. Hauser was my 5th grade teacher at PS 243 and had a significant impact on my life. When IS 308 was created, he fought to have them find a seat for me because he saw potential and knew that gifted and talented program would put me on the right course. I only met him once, but I am looking for my cousin, Johnny Hauser. Parents John and Ilse Hauser of Brooklyn. I am sorry to hear of his passing if I have found him in this search. I am the niece of his mother.

My deepest sympathy almost 2 years later & almost to the day. I often thought of Mr. Hauser and today, I Googled him; wondering if he still lived on Eastern Parkway across from the BK Museum, wondered if he still had the Volkswagen Bug (LOL). John has been gone for two months now and I miss him every day. I find myself wondering whether John had heard a piece of music, or looking forward to sharing an experience with him. He was an amazing friend.
