Tom, Ethan and siblings you have my sincere condolences. This is a difficult time but also joyful because of your lifetime of memories. I wish I could join you for the funeral mass and celebration of your dad´s very full and generous life. Unfortunately, I will be out of town and unable to see you in person. I worked for John for 5 years at Mercy College. He was one of the most amazing leaders I have ever worked with and this is such a loss. I learned more just watching how John interacted with people, how he thought things through and how he analyzed situations. John made so many things possible for Mercy College students. May the good Lord wrap him in His arms. My deepest condolences to the family.
