Dear Shirley, Heather and John,

My daughters and I share wonderful memories of "Uncle" John, their father Ernie Scott and friends, Joe Walker and Jack McMahon, after their annual hunting expeditions when they returned to our home full of glorious, heroic and magnified tales of their adventures.

What a group they were. What fun they had. They are missed.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sally Scott Callahan and family

Heather,
John and I send you our deepest sympathies on the loss of you dear father. Our thoughts are with you.

On behalf of my family, I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to your family for the loss of a great man. I have the fondest memories of Dr. Hazle and his gifted sense of humor and lively discussion as I recall the times I spent with your family on the weekends and especially Christmas mornings sipping egg nog. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. - Adam Taylor

We both wish to extend our sympathy during this time of your loss.

Jim truly enjoyed his visits with John at the shooting club. Jim said to me, that he was a loyal member and a friend.

I feel if it hadn't been for John giving me his professional opinion and direction when I was at a loss with my dental situation, I might not have been able to enjoy my life as I have it today. He was God sent when I needed help. Both Jim and I will never forget this.

Sorry to see that Doctor John passed away He was a well liked customer of ours at Giant eagle in chagrin It appeared he was doing better last we saw him He always brought us a box of chocolates at the holidays He will be missed
