Hey Coach, I was one of hundreds (probably thousands?) of kids that you coached only for one year in 1979. We were the Buccaneers, 11-0 and ranked 3rd in the State for our division. You took a bunch of Knuckleheads from every part of town and taught all of us how to work together as a team, to pick each other up and watch each other´s backs. I am going to miss John (Bob Hope). He was truly one of a kind. The best part for me about John was that he always had a smile on his face & made me feel special growing up.
