Mona, Julia, Tom and all the Heaveys. I'm sorry I couldn't be with you all at this sad time but you have been in my thoughts. In talking to DJ this week, he said that Jack had been a role model for all of us growing up and I thought that said it all. I also remember, with fondness, his wicked sense of humor. He will be missed.
