Not sure what to say?

David, I am so sorry for your loss my friend. I remember your dad from my visit with you to his home in Houston. He was a very nice man.

1998 - June Kripp's 75th birthday party, Houston

Dear Brenda, David & Robert,

We were out of town when your father died, and I was shocked to hear the news. Not long ago, I ran into John at Eagle's Trace. How proudly he spoke of your many accomplishments since we were kids on Tosca Lane! Looking back, your mom and dad always had the best holiday parties... and dog names. Who could forget Deogi? :-)

Your father leaves a great legacy. Cherish it and hold near the memories of time spent together, milestones...

David, Joni, and extended Hefner family;
Our thoughts and prayers continue with you, with the hope of great memories of your beloved family patriarch. I am a friend of David H., a man, I admire as a true leader and friend. My God bless each of you with comfort and peace.

Love you all, Marsha and family.

Dear David, Joni and the Hefner Family,

My thoughts and prayers are with each of you at this sad and difficult time. May you find comfort in your many memories and in the legacy of love John leaves behind in each of your hearts. A father's imprint lives on in those he loved.

With love and sympathy-

Although I did not know Mr. Hefner, I know his son David well, and I have the greatest respect for David, a true leader in American health care. David obviously came from "good stock", and my sympathies are with him and all the Hefner family on the loss of their father. Regards, DEL
