Thinking of John and your family miss him so much

JOHN HEIMANN WAS A WONDERFUL MENTOR, FRIEND TO ME AND MY FAMILY. HE WAS ALWAYS SOMEONE WHO WAS THERE FOR HIS FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES. I WILL MISS HIM. I THINK OF HAVING KNOWN ELIZA AND JOSHUA AND THEIR MOM AND DAD AND HAVE MUCH I CHERISH ALL OF THEM. MY THOUGHTS GO OUTBOT THEM AND TO MARIA CHRISTNA. FONDLY BOB

It was my honor and privilege to know Mr. Heimann. When ever I came to his home to do work there, he always had a friendly smile and a warm hello. Over the years Mrs. Heimann and he met my wife and daughters. Whenever I came to their home, he would always ask for them. He always treated me with kindness and respect when there. I will miss him and he will be in my prayers.

The volunteers of Adopt A Boxer Rescue send our deepest sympathies. We know John is running with his beloved dogs that passed before him.

John was one of the finest gentlemen and nicest guys I ever met. He will be sorely missed. Steve Cozen

John was a wonderful man who was very generous with his time and his knowledge. I was lucky to have the opportunity to bat ideas around with him as a journalist, an author, and a fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, and I learned something every time we spoke. My condolences go out to his family.

Every time Maria Cristina gathered her dance family at their beautiful home, John was always such a gracious and a welcoming host. A beautiful human being and a beautiful spirit. What a joy and a privilege to have known him and to have been in his presence. Sending him so much love on his continued journey - and sending all my love to Maria Cristina and the rest of the family.
